Hi Charles -  A better solution than using two gloves is to switch to a cut resistant glove.  Many customers have made the switch to coated (nitrile/PU) cut gloves in place of general purpose gloves.  Coated cut gloves offer the same grip, dextrity & comfort with the added cut protection.  Depending on the amount of cutting and application I would usually recommend a cut A4 glove.  Feel free to check out mscdirect.com for further examples.
