Suggestions for Alternative Use for Razor Blades for Radius Check

Hello, 

Machinists I work with (CNC ID/OD, Manual ID/OD Grind) use razor blades to perform a radius check after a dress. Does anyone have any suggestions for something we could use instead that is not sharp/ would prevent first aid injuries?
