To help you discover how lean can work for you and your organization, MSC and Tooling U-SME teamed up to bring you webinar.

Lean Methodology aims to deliver maximum value while minimizing waste. When implemented as an overarching business philosophy, Lean drives sustainable improvements and results within an organization, offering immense value for both businesses and individuals. Implementing Lean can encourage an organization’s continuous improvement and long-term competitive success through the relentless pursuit of eliminating waste, overburden, and unevenness or irregularities. Individuals who earn Lean Certification often drive cultural changes and lead an organization’s transformation into a Lean Enterprise.

During this webinar, you will gain an understanding of:

  • Overview of Lean Methodology and why it matters
  • Explanations and diagrams of Lean Principles, Systems and Tools
  • How an organization can adopt a Lean Culture
  • Benefits of Lean Methodology and Lean Certification to individuals and businesses
  • A brief overview of Six Sigma and how it works with Lean

Another thing to look at would be TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Lean, Continuous Improvement, etc are all part of this. They do have course on TPM if you can find them. Everything has a place and it is in that place for a reason. One thing to remember..you need to get the buy-in from everyone. When you have something for the operators (like the cleaning part) you NEED to have the Plant manager, Owner, any office worker at the top. This shows that EVERYONE is on board the train and want to go forward.
Great input, thanks Kris.
Good webinar. Lean is a solid topic
The best way to learn Lean or Six Sigma is through real-world application
