| December 5 - December 9, 2011 :: Make-A-Wish Holiday Raffle (Melville, NY)
Our Make-A-Wish Fundraiser is by far one of our most exciting events of the year. During this campaign associates make donations to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Suffolk County by purchasing raffle tickets to win fabulous prizes. MSC matches associate donations dollar for dollar during this drive. Our goal is to raise enough money to send our Make-A-Wish child to Disney World. Since beginning this fundraiser in 2005, MSC has raised over $60,000 for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Suffolk County, and has fulfilled the wishes of 8 children! We are proud to say that this year we raised an additional $17,000, enabling us to fund the wish of our original "Wish Child" and that of a second child. This brings our grand total of wishes granted to 10. We are thrilled with the results of our fundraiser, and look forward to granting many more wishes in the future.

| December 2011 :: Holiday Wishing Tree (Reno, NV)
MSC's Reno, NV Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) provided gifts for over 47 children this holiday season via their "Holiday Wishing Tree". The tree contained tags with the names of children provided by Lyon County Social Services, in support of local foster children and their holiday wishes. MSC is proud to partner with Lyon County Social Services, and we are thrilled that our associates' kind generosity will bring many smiles this holiday season! |

| November 28, 2011 :: Holiday Tree Raffle (Melville, NY)
The Holiday Tree Raffle is a free event for associates. No ticket purchase is necessary! The lucky winner of the beautiful tree that was displayed in the lobby of our Melville, NY location during the 2010 holiday season was an associate in our Advertising department. Our 2010 tree came to us from United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau County's (UCPN) Festival of Trees. This tree was purchased by MSC as part of our corporate sponsorship of the Festival of Trees event. MSC is a proud sponsor of Festival of Trees, and we look forward to raffling our 2011 tree to a lucky associate next year!

| November 21 - December 2, 2011 :: "Adopt-A-Town" Campaign (Melville, NY)
MSC has been partnering with Social Services of Nassau County for the last 13 years for their "Adopt-A-Town for the Holidays" campaign. In one of our most popular holiday events, associates choose a child's name from a gift tag that is hung on our "Giving Tree", and purchase a gift for the child that they chose. The children's names are provided to us by Social Services of Nassau County. This year, our very generous associates purchased gifts for 200 children! All of the gifts will be delivered by Social Services in time for the holidays. MSC is proud to partner with Social Services of Nassau County to help bring smiles of joy to children this holiday season.

| November 18, 2011 :: Fundraiser for "Children In Need" (Wednesbury, UK)
MSC associates in our office in the United Kingdom once again displayed amazing teamwork in making a difference to children who need help the most. A number for fundraising activities were held in our UK office during the month of November to benefit the BBC UK's Charity, "Children in Need". Events ranged from raffles, bake-offs, and fundraising drives. MSC UK associates raised £352 (over $500 US dollars) for this great organization! We are proud to support the communities where we live and work. |

| November 1 - December 1, 2011 :: Toys for Tots Campaign (Atlanta, GA)
MSC's Atlanta Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) partnered with Toys for Tots, which is run by the U.S. Marines Corps Reserves, for their annual holiday campaign. MSC Atlanta placed banners, posters and drop boxes in the Call Center and lobby of the CFC from November 1 - December 1, 2011. MSC Associates were extremely generous in their donations, doubling those of the previous year, providing gifts for as many as 60 children this holiday season!

| November 1 - 7, 2011 :: Candy Drive for the Troops (Melville, NY)
Our Melville, NY location held its first annual "Candy for the Troops" drive from November 1st through November 7th. MSC has partnered with Operation Gratitude for this special event. Associates donated leftover Halloween candy, or purchased candy, to send to our troops stationed overseas. Associate candy donations were used by Operation Gratitude to create care packages for our troops. Our drive was a success, collecting an outstanding 419 pounds of candy! In addition to donating candy, associates & their families also wrote cards and notes to our service men and women.

| November 1 - November 4, 2011 :: Holiday Gift Card Campaign
MSC distributed $50,000 worth of Toys 'R Us gift cards again this year as part of our annual Holiday Gift Card Campaign. The gift cards were mailed to various children's charities, hospitals, and other non-profits for the holidays. We are very proud of this tradition, and excited to help spread smiles and holiday cheer this season!

| November 2011 :: Care Packages for Veterans (Reno, NV)
MSC's Reno, Nevada Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) celebrated Veteran's Day by creating care packages for our troops overseas. Associates at our Reno facility wrote over one hundred personalized postcards, which were decorated with small encouraging messages to show appreciation for their service, courage and sacrifice. The decorated cards were included in care packages assembled by our Reno Community Outreach Team, and sent to our local active soldiers in conjunction with Northern NV Blue Star Moms. These packages included items such as lotion, wet naps, baby powder, candy, lip balm, and many other things that were requested by our brave men and women overseas. MSC is proud to support the men and women of our military, and we thank them for their service!

| November 2011 :: MSC Elkhart Supports Team Marvel (Elkhart, IN)
MSC's Elkhart Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) made a contribution to Team Marvel, an 8 and under indoor soccer team in the Elkhart County area. MSC is proud to have the opportunity to help support children in the community. Team Marvel consists of children from Concord, Jimtown, Mishawaka, and Elkhart Community schools. The group gives children, who otherwise would not be able to participate in sports programs due to financial constraints, an opportunity to learn and become familiar with the game of soccer in an indoor setting. Through MSC's commitment to support the communities where we live and work, 13 children have been given a chance to play soccer without placing a huge financial burden on their families. |

October 21, 2011 :: Light the Night Walk (Melville, NY)
Team MSC helped "light the night" with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) at Eisenhower Park on October 21st. 76 Associates, family members, and friends, signed up to take part in this evening event. During the walk, participants carried illuminated balloons: red for supporters, white for survivors, and gold in memory of those lives lost to cancer. In addition to having a walk team, MSC also made a corporate donation to the walk. We are proud to partner with the Leukemia & Lymphoma society for this event and look forward to working with LLS again in 2012.

| October 16, 2011 :: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (Melville, NY)
On October 16th, thousands of people came out to Jones Beach to show their support for breast cancer research, and remember those who have been affected by this devastating disease. Team MSC was there on that chilly morning with over 200 associates, family members, and friends signed up to take part in this inspiring event. As a Flagship Sponsor for this event, MSC also had a tent on-site with many terrific giveaways and awareness materials for all who stopped by.

| October 3 - 7, 2011 :: Lee National Denim Day
(Melville, NY) MSC's Melville location held its annual Lee Denim Day fundraiser to benefit the Women's Cancer Programs of the Entertainment Industry Foundation. To show our support for the cause, MSC associates donated $5, and wore their pink ribbons (and pink attire) on Thursday October 6th and Friday, October 7th. Our fundraiser collected $1,915 for breast cancer research.

| September 16, 2011 :: Wear Your Wellies to Work (Wednesbury, UK) On September 16th MSC associates in our UK office made donations and wore their ‘wellies to work' in support of Action Medical Research for Children. Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide medical research charity dedicated to helping babies and children. For almost 60 years this non-profit has contributed to some of the most significant medical breakthroughs in recent history. Today, they continue to find and fund the very best medical research to help stop the suffering of babies and children caused by disease and disability. MSC Associates sported footwear ranging from the traditional to the bizarre - culminating in a ‘welly-off' to win the title of the best-worn wellies, as judged by Mike Almond, Finance Director of our UK office. | September 6 - 12, 2011 :: MSC Hunger Awareness Food Drive
(Melville, NY) In September our Melville, NY location held its annual Hunger Awareness Food Drive to benefit Island Harvest. Island Harvest is the largest hunger relief organization on Long Island. As part of our drive, associates donated a variety of items ranging from toiletries to canned foods. Our event was a huge success, collecting over 550 lbs. of food and related items! MSC is proud to partner with Island Harvest in their mission to end hunger on Long Island.

| August 8 - 12, 2011 :: MSC's Schools Supplies Drive (Melville, NY)
Each year, our Melville, NY CSC holds a school supplies drive for a school that we "adopt" as the beneficiary. This year we've adopted Brentwood East Middle School in Brentwood, NY. There are 950 students from sixth through eighth grade that attend this school. During the drive associates donated school supplies to Brentwood East Middle School. In total, our generous associates donated 305 lbs of supplies to the children of the school! In addition to Associate donations, MSC made a $5,000 corporate contribution to the school's Family in Need program. This program enables to the school to provide assistance to those families who cannot afford to purchase school supplies.
As a separate event, MSC also held our annual Back to School Raffle at our Melville, NY location. This was a free raffle open to all associates in our Melville location. MSC purchased a variety of items including backpacks, school supplies, college dorm room necessities, and a Target Gift Card. 12 lucky associates won the awesome prizes!

| July 26, 2011 :: Marcum Workplace Challenge (Melville, NY) The Marcum Workplace Challenge took place at Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh, NY. MSC had 94 associates that participated in the 3.5 mile walk/run. There were over 6,000 participants from more than 200 companies. This year's beneficiaries were the Children's Medical Fund of New York, Long Island Children's Museum and Long Island Cares. After the race MSC associates all joined together at our tent for a delicious BBQ! Team MSC is a proud participant of the Marcum Workplace Challenge.

| July 14, 2011 :: Bowling for Cystic Fibrosis (Melville, NY)
MSC held its second annual Charity Bowling Event at 300 Bowl in Melville, NY. This year's beneficiary was the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF). Cystic Fibrosis is a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the digestive system and lungs. There were 130 associates that participated, making up 27 lanes. The night was full of bowling, food and fun! Non-bowlers were also able to support the cause with a donation. MSC raised a total of $2,020! All proceeds from this event are sent to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help fund research for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

MSC held its annual Blood Drive for Long Island Blood Services at our Customer Support Center (CSC). There were a total of 67 units donated by our associates. According to Long Island Blood Services, each donation can save up to 3 lives!

| June 24, 2011 :: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Gelatin Slide (Melville, NY)
MSC participated in the Gelatin Slide which took place at the Huntington Hilton. This event helps raise funds for blood cancer research. We had 17 associates that took the plunge into 1,500 gallons of gelatin, some even dressed in costumes! There was a crowd of fellow MSC associates cheering their peers on. The company sponsored each slider, making a donation on their behalf to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In total, MSC donated $6,500 to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We have been participating in this fun event for over a decade, and we look forward to next year's slide.

| June 13 - 17, 2011 :: National Men's Health Week (Melville & Atlanta location)
MSC's Customer Support Center (CSC) in Melville, NY, held a fundraiser in honor of Men's Health Week (MHW). MHW is observed in order to raise awareness of preventable health problems, and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. Associates who made a donation to our fundraiser received a blue awareness pin, and were given a dress down day. Everyone who donated was also entered into a raffle to win a $50 Ticketmaster gift card. To show their support for Men's Health Week, associates wore blue. Team MSC raised $1,425 for the cause. In addition to our Melville location, our Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) in Atlanta also celebrated MHW. The Atlanta facility held a Wear Blue Day and a health fair featuring men's health topics. In addition to our associates' donations, MSC made a corporate donation of $2,500 to the Men's Health Network (MHN).

May 1, 2011 :: Multiple Sclerosis Society of Nassau's MS Walk (Melville, NY)
MSC has been a long time corporate supporter and participant in the MS Walk. This year we had over 90 Associates, family members/friends and pooches that participated in the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Walk Pooch Parade. It was a beautiful day to be walking for a great cause. MSC's table had a lot of great giveaways for the pooches such as bandanas, dog bone treats and a canister that holds disposable bags. We also had people treats! MSC donated extra dog bones to Last Hope Animal Rescue located in Wantagh, NY.

| April 28, 2011 :: Take Your Child to Work Day
MSC celebrated Take Your Child to Work Day nationwide on April 28th. We had a total of 435 children of our Associates attend, in addition to 364 Associates that volunteered to help make this day a huge success. Our theme this year was Invent the Future. The children were split into groups to work on different activities throughout the day. At our Customer Support Center (CSC) in Melville the day ended with a "Wheel of the Future" game. There were questions asked about MSC's history and pop culture topics. Both the parents and children were playing to raise money for charity. The children were thrilled that they raised $2,000 for their charity, United Way of Long Island, and the parents raised $500 for their charity, The New York Hall of Science. In addition to these donations, MSC made a $5,000 donation to the Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Foundation in honor of Take Your Child to Work Day. |

April 22, 2011 :: Earth Day (Melville, NY)
Earth Day is observed in 175 countries as a worldwide campaign to preserve the environment. In honor of Earth Day MSC is continuing its sponsorship of the Adopt-A-Highway Program for a second year. As corporate sponsor of this program, MSC has committed to funding the maintenance and clean-up of 2 one-mile stretches of land along the Long Island Expressway, in New York. MSC has also planted a new tree on the grounds in our Melville, NY Customer Support Center (CSC). This is the third tree that we have planted for Earth Day. To celebrate the day, our CSC held a Recycled Art/Craft contest. Participants created a craft out of recycled materials, and their fellow associates submitted their votes for the best entry. Everyone did a great job and all of the designs were very creative. Our top three Associates that received the most votes each received a $50 Amex gift card! All participants received a free lunch at Sid's Place, our company cafeteria.

| March 21, 2011 :: Literacy Nassau's Un-Scrabble Challenge (Melville, NY)
MSC is a proud sponsor of the 2011 (Un)Scrabble Challenge, organized by Literacy Nassau. Their mission is to promote literacy among Nassau County adults who are in need of improved skills of basic literacy, as well as helping speakers of other languages with reading, writing or speaking English. This year's event was a huge success; MSC had 91 associates making up 10 teams. The largest showing by any company at the event! It was a fun evening for a great cause, with delicious food, raffles and great prizes. Two of MSC's very own teams, "The ‘Un-Spellers" and "Average Joes" placed first and second place out of all 25 teams that attended!

| February 21 - 25, 2011 :: American Cancer Society's "Daffodil Days" Campaign (Melville, NY)
MSC has been participating in Daffodil Days for over 14 years and it is one of our most popular fundraisers as it welcomes the arrival of Spring. The daffodil is the American Cancer Society's symbol of hope. During this campaign Associates had the opportunity to purchase daffodils for themselves, or send them to a cancer patient undergoing treatment. Our campaign was a huge success, Team MSC raised $2,120! All of the proceeds go directly to the American Cancer Society.

| January 31 - February 3, 2011 :: The American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" Campaign (Melville, NY & Atlanta, GA)
MSC participated in its annual "Go Red for Women" Campaign in honor of American Hearth Month. The American Heart Association started this campaign to help raise awareness among women of the need to be heart-healthy. Heart disease is the number one killer of women, yet many women are unaware of this statistic. Our Melville, New York, Customer Support Center (CSC) location was illuminated in red light along with red balloons for the entire month of February to show support for Heart Month and the "Go Red for Women" campaign. Associates who participated donated $5 and wore red in honor of the "Go Red" Campaign. The CSC raised $1,526!

| January 17 - 21, 2011 :: Adopt-A-Senior for Valentine's Day (Melville, NY)
MSC partnered with the Family and Children's Association to sponsor our first annual Adopt-A-Senior for Valentine's Day fundraiser. Family & Children's Association is a not-for-profit agency helping over 40,000 people each year. This wonderful organization has been helping care for people for more than 125 years on Long Island and Queens. The Family & Children's Association provides help and hope to underserved and disadvantaged individuals struggling to build better lives. Many senior citizens do not have the money to buy everyday essentials like toiletries and personal care items. As a part of this fundraiser MSC collected $5 donations from associates in order to put together personal care packages for seniors in need. The results were fantastic! The Melville Customer Support Center (CSC) raised over $1,500 which helped to put together 150 care packages for the seniors. Included in these care packages were essentials like hand sanitizer, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes and mouth wash. Also included in each care package was a special little Valentine bear and note from MSC. All of the care packages were delivered in time for Valentine's Day!

| December 15, 2010 :: Ronald McDonald's House "Lights of Love" (Melville, NY)
The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island (RMHLI) honored MSC at their annual "Lights of Love" event. Each year, RMHLI honors two sponsors/supporters of the House. MSC received a special plaque in recognition of our support over the years. In 2003, MSC started a new program with RMHLI. MSC's Safety Gloves Program donates $2 from the sale of each pair of MSC Brand of Mechanics Gloves to RMHLI. Our program has grown over the years, and this year our grand total raised for the house was $21,756!
The "Lights of Love" event was also attended by other supporters and sponsors of RMHLI, as well as families that stay at the house. On hand to receive the plaque on behalf of MSC were David Sandler, CEO, Tom Cox, Executive VP of Sales, Anthony Testa, Business Manager, Alessandra Cavalluzzi, Senior Manager of Community Relations and Jamie Bocklet, Community Relations Coordinator. We are extremely honored to have received this recognition from RMHLI. It was a wonderful event, which ended with the lighting of the House's Christmas tree.

| November 26 - November 28, 2010 :: United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau's Festival of Trees (Melville, NY)
MSC is a proud sponsor of the United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau County's (UCPN) Festival of Trees. This fundraising event was held at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City. Designer trees and holiday items are sold at the event, which also features entertainment and activities for children. MSC was a corporate sponsor of this event, and also purchased a designer tree for our Melville Customer Support Center. This tree was displayed in our lobby for the entire holiday season. Many of our MSC Associates volunteered at various stations, while others attended the event with friends and family to support the cause. All of the proceeds from Festival of Trees benefit UCPN and the Cradle of Aviation Museum.

The Association of Fundraising Professionals of Long Island (AFPLI) awarded MSC the "Outstanding Corporation Award" for our commitment to Long Island's not-for-profit community. We were proud to receive this honor from AFPLI, and especially proud be nominated for this award by one of our non-profit partners, Education and Assistance Corporation (EAC). March 29, 2010- April 2nd :: Spring Suit Drive (Melville, NY) Our Spring Suit Drive kicked off on March 29th in our Melville, NY location. This drive benefits Bottomless Closet and Career Gear, two very special organizations that are devoted to helping men and women who are re-entering the workforce after facing difficult financial or personal challenges. Both organizations provide job candidates with business attire and accessories (all of which are donated), in addition to helpful tips and information to prepare them for their interviews. Our associates generously donated 129 items to Career Gear and 248 items to Bottomless Closet. Items donated included suits, shirts, blouses, sweaters, coats, skirts, pants, shoes, accessories, and toiletries. MSC is proud to support both Bottomless Closet and Career gear in their mission to helping men and women prepare for their new careers with confidence.

March 24, 2010 :: EAC's Spring Luncheon
MSC has been a corporate sponsor of this annual event held by Education & Assistance Corporation since 2005. Over the years, MSC has had the privilege of also participating in other EAC events such as the annual Protecting Children fundraiser and, most recently, contributing to the construction of the new Child Advocacy Center in Central Islip, NY. MSC was recently honored as Corporate Champion by EAC at this year's luncheon. We are extremely proud to receive this award from EAC, and we look forward to a continued relationship with this wonderful organization.
